This study analyzes the communication strategies of the Forum for National Integration (FPK) in North Sumatra to maintain religious harmony amid societal diversity. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 informants, including FPK administrators, religious leaders, community leaders, and members of the public, as well as through observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis, and validity was ensured through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checking. Research results show that FPK implements four main strategies, which are dialogical and participatory communication through interfaith dialogue and involving various community elements; persuasive communication through mediation and deliberation; preventive, educational, and digital strategies through socialization, seminars, engaging young people, and digital literacy; and institutional synergy with the government, FKUB, religious leaders, community leaders, educational institutions, community organizations, and the public. These strategies help build mutual understanding, reduce prejudice and misunderstandings, prevent conflict escalation, and strengthen social integration. However, implementation still faces obstacles such as limited coordination, conflicting interests, the complexity of social issues, and digital misinformation. This study emphasizes that maintaining harmony requires continuous communication that is dialogic, participative, persuasive, adaptive, and collaborative.
