Screening for Plagiarism

Plagiarism is the unethical act of copying someone else's initial ideas, processes, results or words without explicitly acknowledging the original author and source. The Journal of Research in Education and New Generations (REANG)  is strictly against any unethical act of copying or plagiarism Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be checked for originality using anti-plagiarism software such as Turnitin/iThenticate before being published to the Journal of Research in Education and New Generations (REANG). Plagiarism checks will be carried out by the editor of the Journal of Research in Education and New Generations (REANG) twice. First, before review and second after review before being published using anti-plagiarism software such as Turnitin/iThenticate. The article manuscript must obtain a similarity index of less than 20%.

The manuscripts in which the plagiarism is detected are handled based on the extent of the plagiarism:

5- 25% Plagiarism: The manuscript will not be given an ID, and the manuscript is sent back to the author(s) for content revision.

>25% Plagiarism: The manuscript will be rejected without the review
